Julianne is the first born of the Tiner children. She was born Oct. 6, 1975 in Germany. Juli graduated from Austrian school and also earned the Austrian certification as a kindergarten teacher. During high school Juli and Stephen played together in a Christian band in Salzburg and decided to go on making music together. In 1997 Julianne and Stephen were married. Together they attended Bethany College of Missions, where Stephen graduated in 2000. Their family grew in 2000 and again in 2002 with the addition of two lovely daughters, Selah and Seanna. Julianne and Stephen are "Cultural Change Agents". (If you want to know what that means, write them!) Today the Bounds Family is living and serving in Dornbirn, Austria. Stephen is especially passionate and gifted in the area of worship and has led great seminars on this topic. Juli is gifted in children's ministry and uses her creative abilities to develop exciting programs. As missionaries in Austria with the IMB they are involved in planting new churches.
